Even before living in Asia, I've always enjoyed eating dumpling so I'm really happy I can now make them from scratch at home. I hope you enjoy cooking with me!💕

INGREDIENTS

  • 200g of chicken (or any meat)

  • 1/4 lettuce/cabbage

  • 1 garlic clove

  • ginger

  • spring onion

  • coriandre

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • salt & pepper

  • dumpling skins
